ACTO ADMINISTRATIVO PARA
DEROGAR
En una reunión concertada con el gobierno municipal,
los docentes, padres de familia y estudiantes, esta cede será para los
estudiantes de primaria.

Según la historia, esta escuela fue donada por el
párroco Ángel María Camacho hace más de 50 años, para que los niños de escasos
recursos tuvieran acceso a la educación. Años más tarde se realizó una nueva
construcción y con esta la unificación de los centros educativos entre la Rosalía Mafla , la Villegas y la Camacho. Sin
Molestias de los padres
Por este motivo los estudiantes tuvieron que ser
trasladados a otros centros educativos, donde han tenido que pasar por muchos
inconvenientes por no tener un lugar específico para continuar con sus tareas
académicas. Sin embargo, el rector José Eduardo Rodríguez, decidió enviar a los
estudiantes de bachillerato a esta nueva sede y trasladar a los niños a la Villegas situación que
molesto a los padres de familia, pues ellos manifiestan que están cansados de
que los niños estén de lado a lado. “Las
directivas del centro educativo deben tener en cuenta todas las incomodidades
por las que hemos tenido que soportar
los menores”, dijo un estudiante.
La solución
Jhon Freddy Pimentel, Alcalde de Jamundí manifestó:
“el derecho de los niños prevalecen sobre cualquier derecho según la ley de
infancia y adolescencia por eso hemos tomado la decisión de una manera
concertada con los docentes, padres de familia y estudiantes, que los niños
continúen en esta sede, pero también vamos a solucionar los problemas que tiene
los estudiantes de la
Rosalía Mafla con respecto a las salas de física y química”. Este
próximo lunes se dará inicio a las clases en la institución educativa Ángel
María Camacho Sede de la
Rosalía Mafla para los grados transición, primero, segundo y
tercero, luego de que el rector mediante un acto administrativo derogue el
anterior acto que cambia la sede de primaria a bachiller.
